What is it about scarves? Maybe it has to do with the fact that they can be worn year round, or maybe it has something to do with scarves being timeless classics. Either way, they have become THE irreplaceable accessory for women of every age everywhere. Scarves are being worn by twenty-something girls on college campuses across America.
