As you may know one of the trendy fashion accessories this summer is the headband. Ashlee Simpson Wentz rocks a black braided double headband this past weekend at the 20th Annual A Time For Heroes Celebrity Carnival where she added the fab accessory to some great essentials. This headband can be paired with any basic outfit to dress up your look. Ashlee’s sleeveless open cardigan worked as an additional chic piece complimented by her black slouchy boots.
We love the double headband as it adds some Grecian elegance but also acts as keeping your hair in-line throughout the day. Ashlee isn’t the only celeb rocking head gear. Many celebs have been sporting headbands this past season. From Whitney Port, Mary-Kate Olsen, and Taylor Swift the skinny headband is definitely a must-have item.

Even Ashlee’s close friend, Nicole Richie has made headbands some of her signature pieces for her House of Harlow collection. Nicole’s headbands add even more spark and pizazz to an outfit without any overstating distractions.
