The anticipation is building:  February is a big month. Sunday was the Grammy’s, February 22nd is the Oscars, and of course not to forget our fav: New York Fashion Week starts Friday. Its been a whirlwind of award shows the past few weeks, but this time Oligoville must pay homage to one of the smartest dressed celebrities at the Grammy’s – Hilary Duff.
